1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law, in particular by Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), as well as any other applicable regulations relating to consumer protection and e-commerce.
In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the competent courts of Valencia (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them, unless otherwise provided by law.
2. Purpose of the Contract
These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the sale of products and services offered through the Zaus Home online store, which specializes in the marketing of furniture, household appliances and decorative items.
The purchase of products and services through Zaus Home is carried out under the conditions detailed below, which the user accepts when placing an order.
3. Acceptance of the Terms
The purchase of products on Zaus Home implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy and any other document governing the use of the online store.
By accessing our website and placing an order, the user acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these terms.
4. Purchase Process
The purchase process on Zaus Home includes the following steps:
Product selection: The customer may browse our catalogue and select the products they wish to purchase.
Shopping cart: The selected products will be added to the cart. The customer may review the order, modify quantities and remove items before proceeding.
Information form: The customer must provide contact information and the shipping address.
Payment method: The customer may choose between debit or credit card, bank transfer or PayPal.
Purchase confirmation: Once the order is confirmed, the customer will receive an email with all the details, including the purchased products, shipping address and total amount.
The customer must verify that all information entered is correct before confirming the purchase, as once the order is confirmed it will not be possible to modify the billing or shipping details.
5. Prices and Availability
Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated when placing the order.
Product availability is subject to existing stock. In the event of temporary unavailability, Zaus Home will inform the customer of the new delivery timeframe. If the customer does not accept this timeframe, they may request the cancellation and refund of the order.
For furniture orders, the minimum purchase amount is €150 (VAT included). For textile products and other smaller items, the minimum required amount is €50 (VAT included).
If the corresponding minimum amount is not reached according to the product category, the system will automatically block the order confirmation.
6. Payment Methods
The available payment methods are:
Debit or credit card: Payments are processed through a secure SSL/TLS-encrypted gateway, ensuring the protection of the customer’s banking information.
Bank transfer: To make a payment by bank transfer, the customer must first contact Zaus Home through the official channels indicated on the website.
Once the order details have been verified, the official bank account information will be provided for the transfer.
Important security notice:
Zaus Home never requests payments via email, social media or external links that do not originate from an official domain (zaushome.com).
Before making any transfer, the customer must verify that the account holder is Zaus Home and that the communication comes from an official channel.
Zaus Home is not responsible for payments made to accounts or recipients other than those officially indicated.
PayPal: The customer may pay using their PayPal account or with a debit or credit card linked to it.
All transactions are processed securely, confidentially and protected by identity verification and fraud-prevention systems.
7. Shipping and Delivery

8. Right of Withdrawal
The exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

9. Product Warranty
All products sold by Zaus Home are covered by the legal conformity warranty established under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
The warranty period is three (3) years from the date of delivery and applies exclusively to cases in which a lack of conformity existed at the time of delivery.
Zaus Home shall not be liable for damages or defects resulting from:
• Improper, negligent or non-recommended use.
• Unauthorized installation, assembly or handling.
• Natural wear or lack of proper maintenance.
The customer must report any issue within two (2) months of becoming aware of it, following the procedure indicated by the customer service department.
Zaus Home may request images or videos of the affected product as part of the preliminary verification process.
This legal warranty is independent of any additional commercial warranty offered by manufacturers or third parties.
10. Liability
Zaus Home shall not be liable for:
• Direct or indirect damages arising from the improper use of the products.
• Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (strikes, logistical incidents, weather conditions, etc.).
• Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer during the purchase process.
11. Personal Data Protection
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), Zaus Home guarantees the privacy and security of its customers’ personal data.
The data will be processed for order management, product delivery and customer service.

12. Intellectual Property

14. Gift Card Terms and Conditions
1. Definition and Scope of Application
Gift cards issued by Zaus Home are digital prepaid instruments valid exclusively for purchases on www.zaushome.com.
2. Validity and Expiration
Gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issuance. Once expired, any unused balance will be forfeited and will not be refundable.
3. Issuance and Use
They are issued only in digital format and delivered via email.
They may be used in full or in part, provided that sufficient balance remains.
The balance does not generate interest or any form of appreciation.
4. Refunds and Unused Balance
They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Any remaining balance will remain available until the expiration date.
5. Liability for Loss or Misuse
The customer is responsible for safeguarding the associated code.
Zaus Home is not liable for loss, theft or unauthorized use.
6. Limitations of Use
Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards or products outside the official website.
7. Fraud Prevention
In cases of fraudulent use or tampering, Zaus Home may invalidate the card without refund and take legal action.
8. Amendments to the Terms
Zaus Home may modify these terms, which will apply to gift cards issued after their publication.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts of the consumer’s domicile or the place where the obligation is fulfilled, as applicable.

Dimode Gandia S.L. acts as the owner of the trademark and is responsible for invoicing in accordance with current tax regulations.
