2. Purpose of the Contract

These General Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. In the event of a conflict, the parties shall be subject to the competent courts of Valencia (Spain), expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.

These General Conditions are intended to regulate the sale of products and services offered through the Zaus Home online store, which specialises in the sale of furniture, household appliances and decorative items. The purchase of products and services through Zaus Home is carried out under the conditions detailed below, which the user accepts when placing an order.

3. Acceptance of the Conditions

The purchase of products from Zaus Home implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and any other document that regulates the use of the online store. The user, by accessing our website and placing an order, acknowledges having read, understood and accepted these conditions.

4. Purchase Process

The purchasing process through Zaus Home includes the following steps:

Product selection: Customers can browse our catalogue and select the products they wish to purchase.
Shopping Cart: The selected products will be added to the shopping cart. The customer can review their order, modify quantities and remove products before continuing.
Information form: The customer must provide contact information and shipping address.
Payment method: The client may choose the payment method between bank transfer or PayPal.
Purchase confirmation: Once the customer confirms the order, they will receive a confirmation email with the details of the order, including the products purchased, the shipping address and the total amount.

5. Prices and Availability

Product prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Prices do not include shipping costs, which will be calculated at the time of ordering.
Product availability is subject to stock availability. In the event of temporary unavailability of a product, Zaus Home undertakes to inform the customer of the estimated delivery time. If the customer does not accept this time frame, he or she may request cancellation of the order.

6. Payment Methods

The payment methods available at Zaus Home are:

Bank transfer: The customer may make payment by bank transfer to the account specified in the order confirmation email.
PayPal: The customer can choose to pay through PayPal, using a credit or debit card.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Zaus Home ships to Spain. Shipping costs will be calculated during the purchase process, based on the destination and weight of the order.
Delivery time will depend on product availability and customer location, and will range from 7 to 45 business days.
Shipments will be made using the means of transport available at the time, and the customer will receive a tracking number to check the status of their shipment.

8. Right of Withdrawal

El ejercicio del derecho de desistimiento por parte del cliente se regirá por lo establecido en la normativa vigente en materia de defensa de los consumidores y usuarios.

Para una adecuada información sobre los procedimientos, plazos, excepciones y efectos derivados del desistimiento, el cliente deberá consultar el contenido íntegro recogido en el punto 2 de la Política de Devoluciones y Reembolsos, accesible a través del sitio web oficial de Zaus Home.

9. Product Warranty

All products sold at Zaus Home have a legal guarantee of 2 years from receipt, in accordance with Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Damage caused by improper or negligent use or use outside the normal conditions of use of the product is excluded.
To make the guarantee effective, the customer must notify the defect within the first 2 months from its appearance, and return the product to DIMODE GANDIA SL for inspection, according to the instructions provided.

10. Responsibility

DIMODE GANDIA SL will not be responsible for:

Direct or indirect damages arising from inappropriate use of the products purchased.
Delays in the shipment of products caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as strikes, logistical problems or inclement weather.
The accuracy of the information provided by the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct data to avoid problems in delivery.

11. Protección de datos personales

En cumplimiento del Reglamento (UE) 2016/679 del Parlamento Europeo y del Consejo, relativo a la protección de las personas físicas en lo que respecta al tratamiento de datos personales, Zaus Home se compromete a proteger la privacidad y seguridad de los datos personales de los clientes.

Los datos serán tratados con la finalidad de gestionar las compras, la entrega de los productos y la atención al cliente.
El cliente tiene derecho a acceder, rectificar, suprimir y limitar el uso de sus datos personales, así como a ejercer sus derechos conforme a la legislación vigente.

12. Intellectual Property

The contents of this website (texts, images, logos, graphics, software, etc.) are the property of DIMODE GANDIA SL or their respective owners. Their reproduction, distribution, modification, or any other type of unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Modificaciones de las condiciones generales

DIMODE GANDIA SL reserves the right to modify these General Conditions at any time. The modifications will be effective from the moment of their publication on the website.

14. Términos y condiciones de las tarjetas de regalo

1. Definition and Scope of Application

Gift cards issued by Zaus Home are prepaid instruments, available in digital format, exclusively valid for the purchase of products available on the online store www.zaushome.com. The purchase, use, and enjoyment of these gift cards are governed by these general terms and conditions, which the customer accepts upon acquisition.

2. Validity and Expiry

Gift cards are valid for three (3) years from the date of issuance. Once the expiration date is reached, any unused balance will be forfeited and will not be refundable under any circumstances, except as provided by applicable law.

3. Issuance and Use

Gift cards are issued exclusively in digital format and sent to the email address provided by the customer during the purchase process.

They can be used partially or fully in one or multiple transactions on www.zaushome.com, provided the available balance on the card is sufficient to cover the purchase amount or part of it.

The balance on the card will not generate interest or any type of appreciation.

4. Refunds and Unused Balance

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, either fully or partially, except as legally required.

The remaining balance after partial use of the card will remain available until the expiration date.

5. Liability for Loss, Theft, or Misuse

The customer is solely responsible for the proper custody and use of the code associated with the gift card. Zaus Home is not responsible in case of loss, theft, misplacement, or unauthorized use of the card by third parties.

6. Usage Limitations

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or products or services not available on the online store www.zaushome.com.

Under no circumstances can they be used outside the scope of the specified online store or at physical establishments.

7. Fraud Prevention and Misuse

If any fraudulent activity, misuse, alteration, falsification, or violation of these terms and conditions is detected, Zaus Home reserves the right to invalidate the affected gift card without prior notice and without refunding the available balance. Zaus Home also reserves the right to take legal action if applicable.

8. Modification of General Conditions

Zaus Home reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time. The modifications will apply to cards issued after their publication on www.zaushome.com.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. In case of a dispute arising from the interpretation, application, or enforcement of these conditions, the parties will submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile or the place where the obligation is fulfilled, as applicable.
